Return Policy

Custom Pieces: I do not accept returns on custom or personalized pieces. 

Ready Made Pieces:  I will accept returns or exchanges up to 7 days after delivery, at my discretion. The piece must be returned, in it's original condition. The value of your return may be used in store credit only. 

Repairs: I will repair my pieces free of charge if there is an issue with the original craftsmanship. After that, I will charge an hourly rate of $60.00.  

Shipping:

-All shipping for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

-I ship through the USPS. 

-To ship nationally is $7.00. Please contact me about additional insurance. 

Care

Oxidized Pieces: Oxidation is a blackening process to give your pieces more depth. Do not use silver cleaner on oxidized pieces as it will remove the blackened areas leaving your pieces different from how you purchased them. To clean, use a polishing cloth.

Plain Sterling Silver: Stacker rings, bangles, any plain sterling piece can be cleaned using silver dip, or a polishing cloth.

In General: It's best not to wear your jewelry in water, as it effects certain stones, and tarnishes silver faster.
